At the time of me taking this photo there was heavy traffic construction happening in Manildra. There was a set of traffic lights right outside the facility hosting this tank and perhaps a 20 second walk from those lights to this tank. I wasn't wearing the right shoes to make any kind of mad dash to take a photo if access was restricted.
The bridge right outside wasn't pedestrian friendly with cars being placed on an automatic traffic signal cycle with surprisingly a heavy flow of traffic occurring. Sadly this was the only angle available to me at the time and I hope fellow travelers have better luck with this beauty than I did.
The shot comes from a small, pull in grassy area, which I believe may have been the Manildra Honan Reserve. The Flour Mill is home to two murals by Dvate.
