SIGH
Port Macquarie was a fairly decent place for art. I had 45 locations for the town itself and had I put more time and effort into research I'm confident I would have found a ton more hidden in crevices by EXIT and SIGH.
Don't ask me why but this fun substation box by SIGH was the highlight from Port Macquarie. It even triumphed the BIG Waterdragon which I was pretty itchy to see. It took me 2 days and around 3 hours of online stalking to figure out the tag on the box.
The water company gave the general public their blessing to decorate the boxes as a means to attract quality work and deter unsightly graffiti. It became successful when SIGH applied his skills to two boxes on and near this street.
