For a tank painted in 2019 it's seen a great deal of degradation. The sun was not in my favor for this tank and photos were taken through cyclone fencing so quite limited in angles. At the time I couldn't see much and hadn't noticed the amount of paint peel. I'm not sure if it's a case of 5 years of full sun in the worst kind of heat. The canvas doesn't particularly looked primed so perhaps moisture has seeped into the concrete and caused bubbling and flaking.
It was a beauty when first painted by Emily Devers with assistance from Rick Hayward. The pair prior to 2018 worked under the name Frank & Mimi.
