Today had me exploring Fortitude Valley. There's 444 photos in my folder waiting to be sorted.
I thought it'd be hard to pick a favourite for today but this beautiful piece by Sophie Odling really does stand out amongst the rest.
It does appear to be a series of painted boards, about 8 in total, which I'm not fond of. Painted boards feel temporary to me and it's always disappointing to visit a blank wall. Regardless it's a beautiful installment and I hope it remains for you to see.
When I visited this installment was inside the arcade between Duncan and Brunswick Streets. The floor is very noticeable and not hard to find.
