I spotted this while driving past Elgins Hotel and got Matty to pull over so I could go suss it out. This picture was taken from behind their beer garden fence as I didnt have time to go in and photograph the other side. Next time I'm in Wodonga and my art list is considerably shorter and my driver isn't running out of patience with the amount of stops I want I will go in to see if the obverse side of the pedestal has a plaque.
