I want to say this is the work of Agency of Sculpture but I can't be sure and will refrain from adding an artists tag.

The estate further up has a Benjamin Gilbert installment in the form of dragonfly's but there are a few talented locals who practice metal work. 

The ants are a round-a-bout embellishment near the Wodonga Waves pool
