Heidi Alexson & Hugh Moline
I'd seen pictures of this artwork but never saw more than a close up snippet showing a mere blue wall with white dots. I was pleasantly surprised to learn there was much more to the artwork at McNeilly Park than the misleading photos I'd seen floating around.
I'm not sure what's going on with the paste up but it looks like the work of Dript or Lister. It's actually well placed and I left the park wondering if the white paint glows in the dark.
