There were cones and rope sectioning off this area when I arrived. Good trick to learn is if you can move things out of the way and take a photo before someone pokes their head out a door to say 'What the do hicky are ya doing' you've won. Most people don't bother though.
Yioryios describes his 'Points of Intersection' sculpture as the type of sculpture you can walk around and have it transform by revealing more angles and hidden colors as you move around it.
