I added this to my list with the belief it was an oversized cassette tape. Turns out it's not. It's called 'Airmaster' and was a creation of Sue Callaghan from 2007. It's no longer a feature to the lane and appears to be long forgotten about barricaded by desks and chairs by the neighboring cafe.
The council website suggests the sculpture glows at night which I've very much like to capture. The lane is easily missed but you can find it next to Volcanos Steakhouse Parramatta
