Elephant
'George' the elephant is the product of two crazy owners who love Balinese culture. They no longer own the Nimmitabel Bakery but they went on holiday, saw George and fell in love!
Chris & Kim Adams brought George home as a tourist idea for their town and business and I must say, it works. If it wasn't for George I would have driven straight through town. Instead I took a cool selfie and brought a $15 lunch at the bakery!
George was a fantastic idea by the previous owners!
