Banksy?

We know Banky has been to Australia. I'm not really sure if this is his work but it's nice to see it. There was a life sized flower thrower on the bridge as well but after making a map and releasing it into the community it was graffitied and the council had to paint over it.

I didn't see this one my first time there. A public discussion abut the vandalism led me to lerning about this one. Try vandal this one, ya jerk!
