I don't know who carved Targa, Mountain Stream Fishery's tout sculpture but as a feature garden ornament he's pretty cool.
Google Maps said the place was closed when we arrived but the gates were partially open so Mat seized the day and drove through anyway!
Mostly to turnaround and drive out but when I spotted him I jumped out for a sneaky photo.
