So some one out there is awesome. I really love it when people know a tree needs to be removed and instead of uprooting they simply create something out of it. In the front yard of a Bacchus Marsh property you'll find this very large wooden hand carved from a felled tree.

I don't know how long it's been there but my first visit was in 2016 with a further visit in 2019 which saw it still going strong.
