The BIG Farmer of Carnamah is another creation of Robert Hitchcock. Hitchcock also created the Mingnew Wheat Shelf sculpture.
Like the BIG Wheat the BIG Farmer is a tribute to the wheat industry. He's titled is 'The Grain Man' and depicts a famer handling a bag of grain.
The sculpture was unveiled mid 2004 and is apart of The Grain Centre Sculpture Project.
The sculpture is located in the heart of Carnamah and can be found on the corner of Midlands Rd & Macpherson St
