This house has been referred to as the Pokadot house. As I pulled up I noticed a SOLD sign on the building and a few people were entering the premise. The Station side of the building has graffiti that I can't imagine a new owner tolerating before any kind of opening.
There's a very good chance either the entire building will get a make over or the station side of the building will be restored.
