The artist signature appears to be balloons which is fun in itself. The sculpture is titled 'The happening of everything that happens in time' and it was brought to life in 2019 and installed as one of several artworks littering the Wollondilly Walking Track.
I've supplied the best place to park. There's an unused road between two houses at the T section that you can walk down to get river access. It's a 50 second walk from car to the sculpture and you'll need to pass David Balls sculpture 'Fracture' to get there.
Pst.... David Ball created the BIG Corkscrew in Berrima.
