Spotted this as soon as I got out of the car which is really saying something. The bright colors instantly stood out and considering this wasn't the mural I went to visit, and didn't know it yet existed, I'd say the artist really took home the prize for creating someone that catches the eye.
Created in pure Kasper style you can locate this mural in the floodway tunnel near the Baraduda Community Centre.
