BIG Thing or Public Art?

While they aren't every BIG Thing collectors cup of tea they have an amazing feature that I absolutely love
I'll tag Grow in both the Public Art and BIG Thing Tags as its a bit of a grey area and open to debate. Feel free to let me know what you think.
