Designed and built to withstand floods this amazing sculpture by John Wood is positioned perfectly on the river bed of the Oura Beech. Titled 'Ageless Oura' the Corten Steel frame and redgum seats really complement the natural colors of the landscape.
I was far too excited by the sculpture to actually have a seat but I did stop to admire the detail in the sculptures steel frame and take a few dozen photographs. Whether you see Ageless Oura as a tranquil spot to sit and enjoy the quiet or a sculpture bursting with photogenic properties you'll be spoilt by the surroundings.
