What do you call a funny bike?

 This has become, what I now know, to be a fairly common bicycle rack.

I found my first set in Narrandera and was extreamly amused by the creative photos people had taken with them. I love that Albury has a set at the train station and never would have noticed Alex Setons 'Lost & Found' sculpture had I not been drawn to these
