Wangaratta - Unknown Artist

 

So this interesting looking box is located in Merriwa Park just outside a Pre-School Centre and while I cant see a faint Tg I'm unable to tell if it's Jane Russi or Jamie Russi. Either way it been pointlessly scribbled on which is a real pity.
