Is it a box or a building?

 I'm fairly certain this was a vinyl wrap and am considering Tagging it under Utility Art. I'll leave this as street art for now but suspect this will change after I have a decent snoop at this structure and figure out if it's a utility storage or a storage shed. The design was created by Nat Ward in 2016.
