I tried looking into the BIG stubby but like most BIG Things in the NT it was a hot day, the locals were troppo and they built it without any fan fair.
By the time tourists caught wind of the oddity and made it a 'thing' years had gone by and it's origins became a mystery.
Really? Not really!
Well.. Maybe.
I have no idea!
I've been lucky enough to have visited this bad boy twice now, once in 2016 on our way to the NT to live and again in 2018
